SOUTH AFRICA (Blacquire) – A Twitter user took to complain on the social media site after a Taxify driver picked up his sister while dressed inappropriately. The driver, wore a towel wrapped around his waist when he showed up for the job. Taxify South Africa responded saying they would deal with the cab driver.
In a tweet, the user @NathieMbele shared pictures of the driver in his indecent attire.
The tweet went viral after other users expressed their anger over the matter and had thousands of retweets and replies.
Some Twitter users mocked the situation saying that the driver looked like Ugandan politician, Kizza Besigye.

In a move aimed at threatening the Taxify rider, the driver posted a profile picture while a gun rested on his lap.
Taxify is an international transportation network company founded and headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia. The company develops and operates the Taxify mobile application, which allows people to request a taxi or private driver from their smartphone.
The taxi hailing company operates in 28 countries in Africa, Europe,West Asia (including Australia), and North America.
Several clients of the company in Kenya have complained of extra charges, theft and assault from drivers. Therefore, this has led to more customers opting for rival apps such as Uber and Little Cab. Little Cab operates in the metropolitan area of Kenya’s capital, Nairobi.
